Booking a session

The quickest, easiest and most efficient way to book your sessions is by telephone.

When requesting a session please indicate;

• Date & time of the session you would like (see timetable below)
• Number of hours of therapy required per day
• If you have a preference for morning or afternoon.

We will do what we can to to accommodate, although difficult to guarantee exact requests. Daily sessions run from 9am-12pm and 12.30pm – 3.30pm, unless otherwise arranged. Note, on occasions sessions may need to be split. Families have full access to our family room and facilities when necessary.

Whilst we understand that many of you will have had your regular time slots up until now, in order to maximise the number of children we see and sessions we can offer we can no longer guarantee exact times at the time of booking
