Timetable

The quickest, easiest and most efficient way to book your sessions is by telephone.

When requesting a session please indicate which session you would like and the dates (see timetable below), how many hours therapy your child requires a day and if you have a preference of am/pm, we will try to accommodate these requests although we cannot guarantee exact timings at the time of booking. Daily sessions run from 9am-12pm and 12.30pm–3.30pm unless otherwise arranged. On occasions sessions may need to be split. Families are welcome to use our family room and facilities to feed children during these times.

Whilst we understand that many of you will have had your regular time slots up until now, in order to maximise the number of children we see and sessions we can offer we can no longer guarantee exact times at the time of booking.

Cost

The cost of treatment for 2013 will be £50 an hour.

2 hours of physiotherapy a day for 3 weeks = £1500

3 hours of physiotherapy a day for 3 weeks = £2250

Payments

Payments can be made by cheque, cash, or over the phone (please note standard charges apply).

Booking Fee:

£100 per session will secure your booking (Inclusive of the total cost)

A receipt and confirmation of the bookings will be sent once payment is received.

Deposit Invoice:

Six months prior to the start of a session 50% of remaining cost is invoiced, along with our terms and conditions. If payment is not received within fourteen days the place will be forfeited and offered to another family.

Final Invoice:

Six weeks prior to session starting for remaining 50% of cost is invoiced.

Booking fees & deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
