Christian Hoyer Millar
Christian is the CEO of an Oxford University molecular diagnostic spin out company Oxford Biodynamics limited. He is also chairman Of Chronos Therapeutics, a pharmaceutical development company and Sibelius limited. Christian’s daughter was the first attendee at Footsteps and he is chairman of Footsteps Foundation.
Philippa Hoyer Millar
Pip Hoyer Millar founded Footsteps and Footsteps Foundation. Her background is in design and successfully ran her own interior design business in London before moving to Oxfordshire with her growing family.
Tim Halfhead
Tim Halfhead is a cost and procurement management expert, working with organisations of all shapes and sizes across the UK to reduce costs and improve efficiencies. His previous career includes senior management roles in magazine publishing, commercial radio, cable and satellite television, telecommunications and online retailing. He lives near Henley on Thames, is married with two grown up children and his hobbies include hiking, skiing, sailing and cooking.
Tom Hoyer Millar
Tom works in Asset Management Sales for Premier Miton. Tom’s sister was the first Attendee at Footsteps and he has been a fundraiser for the charity since 2005.
Angus Dawson
Angus Dawson was formerly a military helicopter instructor and is now a long haul commercial pilot. He has been actively involved with fundraising for Footsteps since 2013. He resides in Oxfordshire and is married with two adult children. He enjoys travel, trekking, walking with his Retrievers, the ecology and his allotment.
